5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

  • You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address

6.2 Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address or refusal, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges for redelivery

  • Refunds for returned packages will be issued minus original shipping costs and any return shipping fees

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

7.1 Return Policy (Thailand)

In compliance with Thai Consumer Protection laws:

30-Day Return Window:

  • You may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation

  • Glass mousepads must be unopened with protective film intact

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products with broken seals or removed protective film (unless defective)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or accident

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

7.2 Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect/damage

  • We will provide a prepaid return label (Thailand only)

  • You will receive a full refund or replacement at your choice

7.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer service at operations@chickentenderspad.com with your order number

  2. Provide reason for return and photos if applicable

  3. Receive return authorization and instructions

  4. Ship the product back using our provided label or your chosen carrier

  5. Refund will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the return

7.4 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged products)

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective/damaged products)

7.5 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges

  • To exchange a product, return the original and place a new order

8. WARRANTY

8.1 Limited Warranty

Chicken Tenders warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for:

  • Glass Mousepads: 90 days from date of purchase

  • Other Products: As specified on product page

8.2 Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material defects

  • Workmanship issues

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or accident

  • Damage from improper storage or handling

  • Scratches from use (glass surface may develop micro-scratches over time with normal use)

  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties

8.3 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

  • Contact us with proof of purchase and description of defect

  • Provide photos/videos demonstrating the issue

  • We will assess the claim and provide repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion

8.4 Warranty Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the Site, including but not limited to:

  • Text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs

  • The "Chicken Tenders" name and logo

  • Product names (CT-01, CT-02, etc.)

  • Taglines ("it's just a glasspad")

  • Website design and layout

  • Software and code

...is owned by or licensed to Chicken Tenders and protected by Thai and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

9.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes

  • View and download content for personal use only

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission

  • Use our trademarks or branding without authorization

  • Create derivative works based on our content

  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site

"Chicken Tenders," our logo, and product names are trademarks of Chicken Tenders. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

12.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THAI LAW:

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

  • Personal injury (except as required by law)

  • Property damage (except as caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct)

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue, or ฿1,000, whichever is less.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

  • Your fraudulent or illegal activities

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

14.3 Informal Resolution

14.4 Consumer Protection Rights

Nothing in this section waives your rights under the Thai Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) or other mandatory consumer protection laws.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • War, terrorism, civil unrest
